PTFE Sleeving
Our standard Sleeving range comprises:
Bore sizes are based on the American Wire Guage system (AWG) and range from 0.33mm to 8.53mm. (For larger bore sizes please see our tubing range.)
Sleeving is available in all 12 colours from our standard colour range, which is based on IEC 60304. Custom colours, bi-colours, colour stripes, multi-colours and liners can also be produced upon request.
PTFE Tubing
Our standard Tubing range comprises:
These sizes are based on those most commonly requested, however most individual requirements can be accomodated for bore sizes upto 20mm (3/4") in diameter.
Tubing is supplied as standard in natural, but other colours from our standard colour range can be produced upon request.
PTFE Rod
We have standard ranges in both metric and imperial sizes:
These sizes range from 0.8mm (1/32") upto 10mm (3/8") in diameter.
Rod is available in all 12 colours from our standard colour range.
PTFE Conduit
We produce a variety of different types of conduit with bore sizes from 1.5mm to 38mm. Our standard size range is based on the Panavia specifications and consists of:
Innovations in conduit design have lead to the development of our GTCRS (crush resistant) range. GTCRS offers improved crush resistance and a smoother bore allowing easier insertion of cables.
The standard colour for all of our conduit is black. Other colours from our standard colour range are available upon request.
